Mash a few pieces of bananas, strawberries and papaya, and massage your face and neck with the mixture. Leave it for fifteen minutes before rinsing off with cold water.
Home Sauna: A sauna treatment soothes, relaxes and cleanses the skin. For a home sauna treatment, massage your body gently with olive oil. Then wrap yourself with a mildly steaming towel. The steam from the towel along with the oil takes out all the impurities from skin. Take a bath with lukewarm water thereafter and use a natural based soap. After the bath, moisturize your skin with a body lotion. Take this treatment once a week.
Lifestyle: Choosing a healthy lifestyle is the key to look vibrant on your wedding. Minimize the consumption of fried and fatty foods and double your intake of fresh veggies and fruits.
